Gray started his career as a claims adjuster working on liability and property auto claims. His exposure to the industry dates back to his experience being around and involved in his dad’s agency.

Before going off to college, Gray studied culinary arts and has experience within the food industry. He enjoys working with restauranteurs, hospitality and entertainment companies, and microbreweries. After graduating from Appalachian State with a degree in communication, Gray spent time working for three major insurance companies in a customer service and claims role. As a licensed adjuster, he worked on car accident liability claims in multiple states on the east coast and home property claims in North Carolina.

Gray has spent a lot of time in the house and car arena and is very comfortable discussing pricing and coverage issues.
